Skilled Labourer
Part-Time
Our fencing company is seeking a skilled labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fencing installation, repair, or maintenance, and be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail. On-the-job training is available for candidates who have a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
Responsibilities:
Assist with fencing projects, including setting up and tearing down scaffolding, moving materials, and using hand and power tools
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and climbing
Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment as required
Maintain a clean and organized work site
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in fencing or a related field (preferred, but not required)
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in fencing or a related field
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
