Skilled Labourer

Part-Time

Our fencing company is seeking a skilled labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fencing installation, repair, or maintenance, and be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail. On-the-job training is available for candidates who have a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with fencing projects, including setting up and tearing down scaffolding, moving materials, and using hand and power tools

  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and climbing

  • Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment as required

  • Maintain a clean and organized work site

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in fencing or a related field (preferred, but not required)

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Site Forman

Part-Time

Our fencing company is seeking a skilled Forman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fencing installation, repair, or maintenance, and be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee fencing projects, including moving materials and using hand and power tools

  • Train and supervise a team of labourers

  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying, as needed

  • Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment as required

  • Maintain a clean and organized work site

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in fencing or a related field

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
